A range of functions are available to governors, to assist them to assist their school. Using eSchools to keep school information in one place, can assist in quick communication. Governors can collaborate and view dates and documents securely via this dedicated portal.

Messages

Governors can use the internal message system within the eSchools platform. Messages can be used to communicate with anyone else at your school that has access to an eSchools account.

Files

Icon

The file feature is an easy and safe way of saving important documents without the need for discs and memory sticks. Folders and subfolders can be created to easily retrieve your files. You can also share your files with committees or individual governors.

Calendar

Add your events to the calendar and share them with committees or individuals using the eSchools platform. View the calendars of other governors to make diarising for events easy.


Groups

Icon

Governors can create bespoke areas for working groups or committees. Within these areas you can set up a unique group page and begin discussions.

Settings

Icon

Personalize your platform by using the Settings function. Here you can change your password and your profile photo. You can also add a colourful theme to your platform’s background.
