App Update

Apologies for the issues some of your app users may have been experiencing. The latest version of the eSchools app (which brings with it a range of new features, such as the ability to have multiple accounts logged in at the same time) has unfortunately resulted in some users experiencing difficulty accessing their app content.

This should be resolved by logging out and reinstalling the app. We have sent a notification directly to the app to inform users of this.

Please see below a step-by-step guide which should resolve the issue:

1. Log out of the app
2. Delete the app
3. Reinstall that app
4. Log back into the app.
