Parent has multiple accounts. Search for the parent via the CP function (see more here). The parent may appear more than once, with children attached to differing accounts. If this is the case, please make the relevant changes in your MIS and the information will be updated to eSchools overnight.

Parent cannot see all of their children via their login. To identify the reasons why, please search for the child that they cannot see via the CP function (see more here). The parent may either not be connected to the child, not have been given parental responsibility or have ‘court order’ selected in the school MIS. If this is the case, please make the relevant changes in your MIS and the information will be updated to eSchools overnight. They may also not be able to see information due the issue above – they have an account per child. Again make the relevant changes in your MIS and the information will be updated to eSchools overnight.
